PAINTING BLUE
A Creative Corporate Wellness Workshop
A wellness workshop for teams, where they get to feel the calming joy of creating beauty with their own hands.
No experience needed. All participants get to create and keep their paintings.
What to expect?
Painting Blue is a guided painting session designed for corporate teams — part wellness break, part creative reset, with no art background required.
We start by settling in together. A few quiet minutes, some soft breathing, a moment to arrive fully in the room before we pick up a brush. Then, with soothing music playing and every step projected and demonstrated live, each person paints — at their own pace, without pressure to get it right.
At the end, each person takes home a painting they created.
Format
Guided acrylic-on-canvas painting, led live — no prior art experience needed.
Group size: Minimum 18, ideal 35–40
Duration: 90 minutes
Setting: Any open space at your office — cafeteria, lounge, or event floor
Take-home: Every participant takes home their finished painting
Every step is kept simple and clear by design, so no one gets stuck or needs one-on-one help as they work on creating something they will love.
Why teams choose this
A real break, not another meeting. No screens, no agenda — just time spent creating something with their hands.
Zero skill barrier. Steps are simple enough that first-time painters and confident ones finish at the same place.
A tangible takeaway. An actual piece of art they made themselves.
Scales to a full team. Built for groups of 35–40, so it works for a floor, a department, or an all-hands.
