Please read the following before booking your slot. These policies apply to all students enrolled in the regular monthly classes.

1. Monthly enrolment: Classes are enrolled on a monthly basis, not paid per class.

2. Fees: Fees are payable in advance by the 25th of each month for the following month. Payment confirms the student’s place for that month. Registrations close on the 1st of the month, or earlier if all 10 places have been filled.

3. Slot: Payment confirms and reserves the student's regular class slot.

4. Four classes: The monthly fee covers four 2-hour sessions.

5. Months with 5 Class Days: Where a month has five regular class days, one will be designated as a scheduled break, and will be communicated in advance.

6. Absences: Missed classes do not reduce or change the monthly fee.

7. Unpaid fees: A student's place is not confirmed until the monthly fee is received, and classes cannot be attended while fees remain unpaid.

8. Communication: Schedule and class-related updates will be communicated through the designated parent group/channel.

9. Limited Seats: To facilitate one-on-one mentoring in a group set-up, the strength of each batch is capped at 10 students per month. If the seats fill up, students may request to be put on a wait list for a new batch.

10.  Consideration for students who miss classes on their own: Students who miss or have a planned vacation coming up have the provision of retaining their seat by attending classes with other batches if there are slots available in those, either before or after their vacation. This is a privilege and treated as such.
